Shipping Policy
STANDARD SHIPPING
A flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order is charged to the customer and is non-refundable once the shipping process has been completed.
ORDER PROCESSING
Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 pm (EST)/ Monday to Friday
Order Processing Time: We will process your order within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track the delivery.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time: 7 – 15 business days depending on geographic area and shipping conditions.
However, in some cases, delivery times may be longer than expected due to factors beyond our control such as bad weather, natural disasters, or strict customs procedures in some localities.
In these situations, your order may be delayed for a few days, and we ask for your patience.
SHIPPING INFORMATION ERROR
If you realize that you have entered incorrect shipping information after your order has been shipped, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in a timely manner.
However, if the order cannot be delivered to your address due to incorrect information you have provided, we are not responsible for any loss related to the package.
Therefore, we encourage you to double-check your shipping and payment information before placing your order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change or cancel the order.

You must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. An incorrect address may result in delays or lost orders, and in these cases we will not be responsible for any loss of your order.
LOST ORDERS
If you suspect that your order is lost, please contact us immediately for assistance.
You can also contact your shipping company directly so they can investigate and contact the shipper to resolve the issue.
We will do our best to help you resolve the lost order situation, however contacting the shipping company will help you receive information more quickly.
