Parisortiz.store offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive the product to request a return

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused.

Products must have original labels and tags.

Product must be in original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

START RETURNS

To initiate a return, you need to contact Parisortiz.store at support@ parisortiz.store. Once your return request is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without requesting prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS

Upon receiving an order, it is essential to inspect the product immediately. If you discover any error, damage or receive the wrong product, you must contact us immediately to evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange one item for another, the fastest way to do it is to initiate a return for the original item and then purchase the new item separately once your return has been accepted.

REFUND

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied. If your refund is approved, it will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 10 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, you should contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.

Note: Original shipping and return costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
